Code Of Conduct

1. The board has adopted a code of conduct that must be observed at all times by all the employees including all the executive management and all board members themselves.

   This code of conduct will be disseminated throughout the company. The company requires the directors and its entire staff the observance of the high conduct standard in the conduct of its business activities. All employees must well understand and meet the standard of professional and personal integrity expected of them to protect and safeguard the reputation of the company.

   Contravention of the code of conduct will be regarded as misconduct.
