Compliance and Ethics

1. In order to uphold the highest standards of integrity and transparency, the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act stipulated that all companies operating in the financial services environment must appoint a compliance officer. In keeping with this act we have appointed Lavinia Khangala to be our external compliance officers.

   The Business Zone has restated the Compliance Performance Standards which applies to all areas of its business and processes. We have taken steps in furthering the knowledge and understanding of compliance and ethical obligations through all the levels of its management and personnel. These initiatives include internal awareness campaigns, and specific training’s in detailed regulatory areas and focused efforts on areas such as conflict of interests and confidentiality.
